The Mental Health Grove is a membership program designed to help people with low to mild depression and anxiety find effective coping skills to help you lead a more fulling life. Memberships include simple hands-ons activities, worksheets, and tools that will help you address your concerns in the privacy of your own home. The tools provided are meant only for people with low/mild symptoms.
