Rhea received a Master of Arts in Marriage & Family Therapy from Syracuse University. She also holds BAs in Criminal Justice & Sociology from Canisius College. While utilizing a mixture of theories, Rhea has received specialized training in Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS).

Rhea has over 10 years of experience working as a counselor and therapist. Past experiences include working with the following populations: homeless women & families, chemical dependency, and families involved with Child Protective Services and foster care.
Working as a Marriage & Family Therapist Rhea has had the privilege of providing consultant work to community organizations, Brady Faith Center, Southwest Community Center, & Meachem Elementary School. In addition to being the keynote speaker at Wells College 18th Annual Activism Symposium.
